 4. How do you balance between your career, side hustles, and your social life?
I'm currently working two serving jobs (fine dinning/steak house) which rarely allows me much time to myself; so I literally live life by a set timed schedule... giving myself an hour to workout as soon as I wake up, an hour to make and eat breakfast (unless I pre-prepped it), and I'll delegate a day to prepare all of my meals for the week. On my days off I ensure that I take the time to relax and pamper myself (sometimes I pull 7 day work weeks with up to 5 doubles), I'll make time for a foot message (since I'm on them so much) or my nail and eyelash appointments, and I'll plan to do lunch with a friend or a night out to shake my a&$... I had to learn not to lose sight of enjoying life even though I'm on a mission and am consumed with the grind.

5.What advice would you give to young women who want to pursue their dreams?
Chasing dreams is about trial and error, there's no perfect formula, and along your journey these dreams may evolve or even change; my advice would be to always keep faith, never let failures or dead ends discourage you, and instead of focusing on trying to fix your weaknesses, focus on perfecting your strengths... if your dream is to open a hair salon for example invest and take master classes on coloring techniques, or new innovative installations, so that you have a niche and set yourself apart from the rest of dreamers. Make sure you're a "Doer"
