2. What do you do?

I currently operate my lifestyle brand Eyepissglitter, where I design, cut & sew pop art home decor, travel accessories upholstery and blog. I am a Digital Media Curator as well so I strategize and create marketing campaign for brands, businesses and services as well as create websites and I DJ, DJCropTopTot!

3. What motivates you?

The thought of learning something new motivates me especially when it comes to travel. I'm motivated by my experiences near and far and just being able to go somewhere I've never been. I love to travel and I always tell myself if I keep at it, I can go anywhere at any time. I also have to say my Mama, Grandpa, and Grandmother still continue to motivate me even though they're no longer here physically, I feel like I'm doing the things they saw me doing at a new level now and I'm sure they'd be proud.

4. How do you balance between your career, side hustles, and your social life?

I'm still learning that but luckily throughout the years my career and side hustles have worked there way together. From being apart of the Music Business Unit at Eventbrite to my lifestyle brand, Eyepissglitter to my creative agency it's all about being social but really putting the work in to show results. But I'm very big on ME time, the more I grow and do the more I notice how much it's needed.

5. What does Professional Homegirl means to you?

Professional Homegirl to me means being well rounded. From being consistent with work and reliable to being that friend that you can call on for guidance in business and personal obstacles that may come along the way.

6.What advice would you give to young women who want to pursue their dreams?

Be consistent, even when you mess up. It's practice and the more practice you get the better you get. Don't ever stop but take breaks, breaks and breathers are needed.
