Money Moves Juice

Lately, I've been going to bed so damn early due to feeling so exhausted. I decided for this week's juice I wanted to make something that will not only continue to improve the glow in my skin but to give me some damn energy as well. I've been craving something green so here are my ingredients for my Money Moves Juice. *cues Cardi B verse I'on don't dance now, I make money moves*

  • 1 Lemon (peeled)
  • Handful of Kale
  • Handful of Baby Spinach
  • Thumb Size Ginger
  • Bok Choy
  • 2 Green Apple
  • Handful of Mint Leaves

One thing about kale is you can literally put it inside of any juice and you won't be able to taste it. Kale is high in fiber and water and has zero fat. The Vitamin K in kale helps to reduce the dark circles under your eyes and 'tightens' your skin. Bye Felicia to those fine lines and wrinkles. (If you are not a big kale fan, click here to read about one of my favorite eye creams.) Plus, kale can help reduce the inflammatory that's located in your skin which can cause acne.

Spinach is that one green that is good for every part of your body. It helps reduce the risk of heart disease which is the No. 1 leading cause of death for women. Furthermore, spinach literally can fight any skin problems with the aid of its many antioxidants.

I know a lot of yall are probably like what the hell is Bok Choy. Bok Choy is a Chinese white cabbage that is packed with plenty of nutrients. It has an excellent source of calcium, magnesium, potassium, and iron. Plus, it is a great prevention of Alzheimer's and Dementia. (Click here to read why I hate both of these diseases.)

I love anything that has mint in it. Mint leaves are perfect for inflammation and digestion. If you ever have stomach complications, drink you a glass of mint tea and watch it work its magic. Sidenote, I love mint so much that I used to eat mint leaves all the time when I was a kid.
