Work Smart Not Hard

Like many of you, I have a full-time job that slaves me like no other. Before and after work, I am constantly working on my blog/business to make sure that it is working properly and that you are receiving only the best via content and/or visuals. With that being said, I am going to share with you some of my favorite tools that I used every day that helps me reach my goals. Y'all can thank the kid later on this one.

Grammarly- I am no English major so this website comes through with the clutch every single time. Grammarly is an English online grammar program that proofreads for misspell words, plagiarism, and grammar errors. You have the options of upgrading but I use the free version and it gets me right all the time. I recommend that you use this gem whenever you are in doubt with your writing. It is my favorite thing to use for my blog.

Boomerang- Have you ever sent an invoice to a client and they have the nerve to say they never received it? Don't worry, I got something for that ass. Boomerang sends you notifications via email once someone opens your email and it helps you schedule emails to be sent if you are not able to do it yourself. I am pretty sure you are constantly sending emails out or even receiving them all day long, so this tool definitely helps you keep track of those who claimed they never received anything from you.

Plus, if you are promoting a product or service within the email, Boomerang will let you know if that person clicks on the link and the number of times it was clicked. I think this tool is only for Gmail accounts but don't quote me on that.

Linktree- Until you reach over 10k followers on Instagram, the tools to help you reach your market is very limited. Thanks to Linktree, it helps you to promote your business by using a custom link that is located in your bio. When users click your custom link, they are directed to a page with multiple links that you can organize and share such as a blog post, products, services, email sign up, and etc. I use this for @theprofessionalhomegirl page (follow me on IG too!) and I have everything on my site on it.

You can either sign up for the free version or you can use the paid version. I use the free version and the benefits are good. Plus, with the free version, you are able to use an unlimited number of links.

I hope my three favorite tools help you with getting shit done! Comment below and tell me what are some of your favorite tools that you use for your business.
